Between two T-shirt sizes? Compare these first
The smaller size sits well at your shoulders. The larger feels better around your waist. That does not immediately make either one wrong. Separate the different parts of the fit before deciding.
Name the part that feels wrong
Is it the neckline, chest, hem or space under your arms? Going up a size changes several measurements together. If only the neckline feels uncomfortable, another model may make more sense than a larger shirt.
Compare with a shirt you own
Take a clean shirt you enjoy wearing. Lay it flat and use the same measuring method as the size guide. A flat chest width is not your body circumference. Compare garment measurements with garment measurements, at the same points. Do not stretch the fabric.
Check the difference between both sizes
Read the length, shoulder and sleeve measurements as well as the chest width. Decide where you want more room and where you do not. That avoids solving tightness at the chest with a shirt that feels too long.
Try it as you will wear it
Sit down, move your arms and add your usual outer layer. Choose the size that feels comfortable during those movements and has the proportions you like. Do not rely on planned shrinkage to make a size fit. Follow the care label. If neither size feels right, try another model or ask us for help with your measurements.
